How to create a Center Head User on SSO RSLDC MIS Portal
Center Head is a main in charge of a center, and you need to create a Center Head ID. From Center Head ID you can create an Attendance User, you can see the Attendance Reports, You can Map or Unmap the candidates from the batch, You can see the list of batches running in the center. Today I will show you how you can create a Center Head User step by step. It is a long process so don’t miss any step.
To create a Center Head User first you need to create an SSO ID for the Center Head. Then you have to create an HR Profile for the Center Head and Map that SSO ID in this profile. After that you have to map the SSO ID with RSLDC portal. So lets start step-by-step process to create Center Head User.
Process 1: Create SSO ID.
Step 1: To create SSO ID click on the link below
There are some options available with you can register on the SSO. Click on Google.
Step 2: It will redirect you to google
Now click on create account and then click on “For myself”.
Step 3: Fill First Name, Last Name, Username, Password, Confirm Password and then click on Next.
Step 4: On the next page you have to fill Mobile Number and Recovery Email ID, Date of Birth and Gender, Fill and click on Next.
Step 5: On the next page go to bottom of the page and click on “I Agree” button.
Step 6: Your Account is created, and now it will redirect you to rajasthan.gov.in App on Google. Now click on Allow.
Step 7: It will redirect you to the SSO portal, and now you have to set SSO ID and Password. Click on SSO ID, choose whatever username you want to set, then set a password and fill the same password in the “Confirm Password”.
Now go down on page and fill Mobile Number or Email ID and then click on Register.
Note: Whatever username or SSO ID you have set here, the same Username you have to set while creating Attender User.
Now you will get the massage of confirmation of successfully registration.
Step 8: Now the Profile Update page will open, and you have to fill some information in it and then click on the Update button.
Note Down the username or SSO ID. This ID will be used in creating Center Head User. Now logout from the portal.
Process 2: Create HR Profile for Center Head.
Step 1: Login to the SSO Portal with Admin User Credentials.
Step 2: Now click on MAS -→ Common Master -→ Faculty/Center Head List.
Step 3: Here you will get the list of all faculty and center head. Click on New Faculty Creation.
Step 4: Fill the form. In Designation select Center Head. Check on “Is Faculty Active”. Fill all other details and then click on “Save” button.
Center Head profile is now created. Now you have to assign him to the center.
Process 3: Assign Center Head to a Center.
Step 1: Go to RM -→ Centers -→ Approved SDC’s
Step 2: Here you will find the list of all approved batches. Click on “Assign CenterHead”.
Step 3: Now from the list of Center Head Name choose the name whom you want to assign in the batch.
Now click on Submit.
Now the Center Head is assigned to the Center.
Process 4: Assign SSO ID to the Center Head.
Step 1: Go to MAS -→ User Setup -→ TP/PIA Users List.
Step 2: Here you can see the SSO ID is not assigned to the center head. From the list of Center Head click on the User ID of the Center Head.
Step 3: You will get a form. In this form you can see an option to fill the SSO ID of the center head. Fill the SSO ID we created in the Process 1.
Step 4: Go to Access Level. Select Training Provider and Training Center from the list.
Step 5: Go to Scheme, choose DDUGKY from the list and then click on Submit.
Process 5: This is the last process in which you have to Map the SSO ID of Center Head with RSLDC.
Step 1: Now logout from the TP ID and Login again with the Center Head ID.
Step 2: Now from the list of all Apps of SSO find the RSLDC and click on that.
Step 3: It will take you to the page of Mapping SSO ID with RSLDC. You have to enter the username and password to Map SSO ID. Username is same as SSO ID and Password in “12345”. Fill and then click on “Map SSO ID & Sign In”.
Done….. You Have Successfully Created the Center Head User ID.
