How to submit OJT(On Job Training) Completion on Kaushal Bharat

After completed the On Job Training, the candidate will receive a OJT Completion Certificate. You have to submit it on Kaushal Bharat Portal.

There is a format or SF of OJT Completion which the Employer can use to make OJT Completion Certificate of the Candidates. You can download it from the below link

This is the format of OJT Completion Certificate.

Step 1: Log in to Kaushal Bharat, Go to OJT Management and click on OJT Completion.

Step 2: Select Scheme Name, State, Sanction Order No., State(TC), District(TC) and Training Center Name. Click on Search.

Step 3: Find your Batch and click on view button.

Step 4: Click on Create OJT Completion.

Step 5: Here you have to select a Candidate’s name from the list and enter details of the OJT.

Step 6: You will get the Candidate’s details.

Step 7: Enter Candidate’s OJT ID. Select Grade, OJT Start and End Date, OJT Certificate Issue Date. Upload OJT Completion Certificate (SF 4.6C) and click on Save.

Step 8: The details are submitted successfully. You can edit the details by click on the edit button available at Action tab of the candidate.

Step 9: By the same process, you have to submit details of every candidate one by one.

Done.
