How to Register Candidates on Kaushal Bharat Portal

How to Register Candidates on Kaushal Panjee Portal

Once you registered candidates on Kaushal Panjee and got the Kaushal Panjee ID of the candidate, you can now register candidate on Kaushal Bharat.

Step 1: Log in to Kaushal Bharat Portal. Click on Candidate Management and then click on Candidate Registration.

Step 2: If you want to see the list of registered candidates, select the Scheme, State, Sanction Order, State(TC), District and Training center from the drop-down and then click on Search. You will get the list of all registered candidates. To register a new candidate, click on Candidate Registration.

Step 3: Here you have to select Scheme, State, Sanction Order, State(TC), District and Training center from the drop-down.

Step 4: After select all the details, enter the Kaushal Panjee ID of the candidate in the text box and then click on Search.

Step 5: The system will automatically fetch the details of the candidate from Kaushal Panjee database.

Step 6: Fill all other details which not fetched by the system. Fill general details and then fill Education Details of the candidate. In educational details, you have to fill the highest qualification of the candidate. If candidate have any work experience, select Yes from the drop-down in Work Experience Details. If candidate have no work experience, select No.

Step 7: In Other Details, Fill Aadhaar Number of the candidate. Now from the other options, you have to fill at least one detail. In DDUGKY there are some eligibility criteria for the candidate to get training. How to check eligibility of the candidate for DDUGKY Training.

If the candidate is eligible in MGNREGA, Fill the MGNREGA Job Card Number of the family.

If the candidate is from BPL cardholder family, then fill the BPL Card Number.

If the candidate is from Antyodaya Anna Yojana Ration cardholder family, then fill the Antyoday Card Number.

If the candidate belongs to the family in which one of the family member is member of a Self Help Group, then fill the SHG Certificate Number.

If the candidate have PIP form and the copy of Gram Sabha Prastav, then fill the PIP Number.

If the candidate is suffering from any Chronic Disease, then select the disease from the drop-down list.

Once you fill all the details, click on Save and Continue.

Step 8: Here you have to fill some basic details of the candidate like whether the candidate have driving licence or not, have any insurance coverage or not, having Bank Account or not. Also fill the Bank Details of the candidate.

Step 9: In Language Proficiency, select the proficiency of the language known by the candidate.

Now click on Save and Continue.

Step 10: Here you have to fill the family details of the candidate. First give the details of head of the family and the monthly income and the expense of the family.

Step 11: Now you have to submit the details of an individual family member and then click on Add.

Add the details of all family members excluding the candidate. If there are 5 members in the family, then you have to add details of only 4 members.

Now click on Save and Continue.

Step 12: Here you have to give residential details of the candidate. Write down the permanent address of the candidate.

If the present address of the candidate is the same as the permanent address, then select Yes in Same as Above of Present Address. If not, then select “No” and write Present Address of the candidate.

Now check the checkbox of the type of cooking material used by the family of the candidate for cooking. Also give the Constituency Details of the candidate and then click on Save and Continue.

Step 13: Here you have to select the Trade/Job role preference of the candidate. So select Choose trade from the drop-down.

Now select preferred Trade and Job Role of the candidate, preferred duration of training and write expected monthly salary by the candidate after training.

Submit all the other details and then click on Save and Continue.

Step 14: Here you have to upload all required documents of the candidate. Select type of documents and then upload the documents by click on Choose File then click on Upload button.

Once you upload all the required documents, click on Submit.

The registration of the candidate is successful. You can update the details of the candidate by click on the edit option available at the list of the registered candidate. You can see the list of the registered candidates by following the Step 2.
