Placement Management: How to submit Candidate Appointment of Placement on Kaushal Bharat Portal

Placement of the candidate is necessary in DDUGKY Project. 70% candidate should be placed of the total target you got. After the placement of the candidate, you have to collect the appointment letter of the candidate, location certificate, salary slips and bank statement. You have to upload all the documents on Kaushal Bharat. Once the candidate is placed, you have to submit the appointment of the candidate, then you have to submit the salary details with the document every month. In this article, we will discuss the submission of appointment of the candidate.

Before submission of the appointment of the candidate, you have to register the employer and employer workplace. If you don’t know how to register the employer and employer workplace, here are the links

After register the employer and employer’s workplace, you can submit the appointment of the candidate. So here is the process of submit candidate appointment.

Step 1: Log in to Kaushal Bharat Portal. Go to Placement Management and click on Candidate Appointment.

Step 2: Select Scheme, State, Sanction Order No, Training Center State, Training Center District, Training Center Name and click on Search.

Step 3: You will get the list of all batches. Find the batch of the candidate and click on edit.

Step 4: You will get the list of the candidates from the selected batch. Find the candidate and click on the “+” sign.

Step 5: A Pop-up will appears. Here you have to enter the employer’s details.

Step 6: Select Employer Name and Employer Workplace Name. Enter Basic Pay, allowances and other pay mentioned in the appointment letter of the candidate.

Step 7: Scroll down and enter the details of the deduction mentioned in the appointment letter of the candidate like EPF, ESIC and other deductions. Also enter the employer’s contribution in EPF, ESIC and other contribution.

Step 8: Net salary and Monthly CTC will be generated automatically on the basis of the data you have entered. Now select the Joining Date and Document Type. Upload the Appointment Letter/Joining Letter/Offer Letter and click on Submit.

Step 9: The appointment of the candidate is successfully submitted. You can see “Yes” in the appointment column. You can see the appointment details of the candidate by click on the view button. If there is any mistake in the appointment details, you can delete the appointment and re-enter the details.
