How to create a Batch on Kaushal Bharat Portal
Before creating batch on Kaushal Bharat, you have to create ACLP & HR Profiles of Trainers (Domain & Non-Domain). If you have not created these things, you can’t create batch on Kaushal Bharat. If you don’t know how to create these things, click on the link below.

Once you created all these things, you can create a batch now.
Step 1: Log in to Kaushal Bharat Portal. Go to Batch Management and then click on Create Batch.
Step 2: Now click on Batch Creation.
You are now at Batch Creation Page.
Step 3: Select Scheme Name, Project State, Sanction Order No, State, District, Name of Training Center and Trade for which you want to create the batch.
Step 4: In Batch Details if the training will be conducted in more than one Training Center for the same batch, then select Yes, otherwise select No.
In Nature of Training, select Residential or Non-Residential. Batch Start Date and End Date will be automatically generated, and you can change it later.
If the OJT is given, select Yes, otherwise select No. Select OJT Start Date and OJT End Date.
If the batch will be split into more than one batch at the same center then select Yes, otherwise select No.
Select the ACLP.
Select class start time and end time.
Select Theory Class, IT Lab, Domain Lab and then click on Check Batch Size.
The system will automatically calculate the size of the batch. Now click on Save and Continue.
Step 5: Here you have to assign Trainers to the batch.
Select Domain/Non-Domain Name, Subject, Trainer, Engagement Type and Trainer Type and then click on Add Trainer.
Step 6: Select one by one trainer for Domain and Non-Domain subjects and click on Add Trainer. Now click on Submit Button.
Step 7: You will get the message “Batch Created Successfully”.
Step 8: If you want to see the created batch, select Scheme Name, State, Sanction Order No, State, District, Name of Training Center and click on Search.
Step 9: Here you will get the list of all batch. You can edit the details of the batch by click on edit option available at Action column.
